I've always read negative reviews about this company in the past and didn't agree with them. I traveled with this company for many years and everything was, if not super-super, but quite acceptable. This time, without even going on a trip, the Accord left a very unpleasant aftertaste. How can one not know whether the tour will take place two weeks before the planned departure date? Our tour is dedicated to a certain date and it is important that this number is on the tour, and not a week before or after the trip. We are ready to consider other trips, but Accord pulls to the last and does not guarantee or cancel the paid tour. Previously, I had to change the tour due to cancellation, but this was 1.5-2 MONTHS before the expected date. Now what? Why such a policy? They perfectly understand that in 1-2 days it is difficult or impossible to find a good replacement option, given the situation with tickets to Lviv and back.
The conclusion is, if you want to spoil your vacation or not go at all - CHOOSE THE ACCORD.
