Destroyer of your hopes

When looking for a tour, they were guided only by their wishes, not the reputation of the organizer, trusting the "experts". The tour was chosen to get to Disneyland on the child's birthday, so changing the date or route, especially the refusal, were highly undesirable. The first "surprise" was a week before departure, when "Accord" announced the cancellation of the tour, with a proposal to return the money ... Thanks to the efficiency of a responsible and decent agency (there are still some!) other operators did not have enough time ...

And here we go with "Accord". At his "Terminal A" the start time was delayed without announcing the reasons. The long-awaited bus came dirty, but with promises of cleaning "on the first night", after which only a lot of garbage was collected, and there was no more cleaning (the good thing is that the group picked up a decent, not to sweep).

The guide immediately warned: "We will probably not visit Krakow, because it is unknown how we will cross the border." They crossed the border surprisingly quickly, but did not see Krakow, as promised in the program of the tour, because "suddenly it turned out" that "we still have almost 800 km to drive today" ... speed - about an hour?!? The answer is outright deception, starting with the program. In the future, keep in mind that the first day of the chord tour "Little French Journey" with the proposed two (!!!) excursions in Krakow - a "long-distance race" in transit Poland, which does not depend on customs, much less on the wishes of the group. ) ...

Further travel was adorned by Europe itself, and some local guides, who treat tourists much more seriously than "own" guide. I will not dwell on the very limited awareness and the same organizational (communicative) abilities of the Accord guide, assuming that this is her first flight.

I hope that she will change the "Accord method" to common sense and gain experience, listening to both her wards and good guides, and become a real guide (so far it is only - "speaker-cashier"). By the way - a group from Ukraine travels to Europe, and the guide speaks only Russian - why?

For the "dessert" of the tour - all the same "enchanted" Poland, or Brno, declared "the choice of the group" (hoping that the desires do not match, and nothing?). With the unanimous (which is not often) and great desire of the group to visit the Salt Mines, we for some reason again "did not seek" (now home) ... As a result, drove to Wroclaw for two hours, of which more than an hour took a tour, and the rest of the hour - going to the bus - buying souvenirs and food (for dinner in northern Lviv).

Conclusion - there is no desire to go somewhere with a chord ...

Now I will immediately look for reviews about the company whose services I decide to use, which I recommend everyone to do.
