Three attempts - three tours bought from Accord - ended with a refund. Bought well in advance, planning a vacation. Each time the tour did not go, although twice it even shone in the Guaranteed. The proposed replacements have always been inadequate, much worse + surcharge. Judging by the size of the surcharge, the managers of Accord simply sought to take advantage of the situation of people who had already planned a vacation. Well, or just stupidly scroll through the money, because even after the statement about the return of money for the tour that did not take place THAT THEIR FAULT, the money was returned after 3 weeks (14 working days). For the sake of interest, I followed the situation with their tours on their website, 2 out of 3 tours do not go! Losses - nerves plus return of tickets, recommendations - NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SCAM - ACCORD TOUR.
