The tour "In fashionable colors of the Netherlands" for 13.04.13 was booked back in January. At the end of February, they made a full payment and handed over all the documents. We were even rushed, because. the group was already recruited and it was necessary to transfer documents to the embassy. And everything was fine until 04/03/13 (10 days before the trip) was informed that the tour was canceled due to a shortage of the group. This despite the fact that in February "the group was recruited"! Then it gets even worse: they offered to postpone the trip 2 weeks later and to the last places on the bus or to a cheaper tour, but without a refund of the money difference, because. "May surcharge and urgent booking of the tour." Do we have an urgent tour booking from January to the end of April?! What are the May holidays from 21 to 28 April? Seats on the bus, by the way, are also the last. We didn't agree. They asked for confirmation of the refusal of the tour, we were told that they had not done such documents before. The return of money and passports was promised within 1-2 weeks. How returned I will write later, I will share my experience. Respond to whom this tour was canceled or were we just "thrown" to try to fill other buses?
