I do not recommend to anyone

Our tour was called "Hungarian Csardas". The troubles began even from the border crossing: thanks to the drivers who were driving without knowing the road and went out for a smoke break at each stop, they arrived at the border with grief in half and stood there in a closed bus for 6 hours. The stove in the bus was turned on at 30 degrees. Guide Natalia Batyuchek is just a quiet horror. Owns false information or does not own it at all. For example, in Hungary there was an opportunity to visit the Széchenyi baths (this excursion was not included in the program, that is, the Accord tour did not receive money for it) everyone had to get around the city on their own, this "non-guide" said that the Széchenyi baths do not work, no washed away to go there, take an excursion to the tropicarium (of course, for a fee + an entrance ticket), then we learn from other tourists that the baths worked great !!!!! When we asked Natalia why she provides false information ?! dont know". She also did not know where supermarkets, exchangers, toilets were located. And. etc. Tours last 20-40 minutes, and the money is not small. Dear tourists, think a hundred times before traveling with Accor Tour.
