I do not advise!

Bought in April 2019 GUARANTEED !!! tour to Greece, which Accord managed to cancel for 2 !!! days before departure! Dreams are broken, but so that the vacation would not be lost and train tickets agreed to replace the tour with Croatia. If only we knew how the Accord would swindle us! I will say right away that we went with them more than once - but it was the last one, they promised to take it off to deal with.

And now in order:

Zero organization! Accompanying Anna Andreeva was not only incompetent, but also rude to clients! We were personally threatened that if we were indignant, we would miss the train (and we had just such a situation).

-the bus is terribly cramped (every year the buses get worse and worse, but there is a limit!), the air conditioner did not work well;

-we were "thrown" on excursions, canceled "Journey to Antiquity" (Pula) and "Eternity of Rome, the elegance of Venice and the charm of the Mediterranean" (Rovinj), as a result, we lost 76 Euros of excursions paid in advance !!! (and Accord refused to return money for services not rendered!)
