Booked a tour - Honeymoon: Provence, Liguria and Cote d'Azur. The departure date was constantly postponed due to the fact that there was no group to leave. As a result, no one went anywhere through the fault of the tour company. Since the group did not get together three times. Spent time, money for tickets to Lviv and nerves.
The money for the tour was not returned immediately, after half a year and not the entire amount. As it turns out, the client must pay 5% for the bank's services when transferring for the tour and 5% for a refund. Total 10% is 1000 UAH.
I DO NOT ADVISE to go with Akord to any vacation, because. you can just stay at home and without money!
