I had to call the travel agency in Dnepropetrovsk and only around 15.00 we learned about an additional flight at 16.00. The day was ruined. Instead of the evening of March 24, we arrived on March 25 at 5 am at the hotel in Poland and, without rest, immediately went to Berlin. This is provided that we booked a tour for 8 weeks. Complete irresponsibility. The passports were ready three days before the trip, but no one took them from Kyiv. We hoped for a chance, but then snow drifts and transport paralyzed. Before this tour, the documents were in place a week ago and I didn’t have to worry. Question? Why, when paying for the Accord-tour, the cost of the tour is set in euros not at the commercial euro exchange rate, but at the rate of "Accord-tour" (instead of 10.6 - 11 hryvnias).
