It is better to refrain from applying for an Austrian visa with Accord Tour

We flew with my sister for 5 days to Vienna. It all started quite calmly, a full package of documents for my younger sister (13 years old) was collected, I bought the flight myself, and ordered everything else from Accord. According to the documents, the managers could not decide in any way what certificates were needed for the child in terms of finances - one Accord office said one thing, the other said another. I bought the flight myself and the managers demanded some kind of "extended forms of tickets", which no company knows about; in the end, it turned out that they just demanded the same PDF, only differently executed ... Then it turned out that Accord Tour submits documents to the embassy through one more intermediary in Kyiv. The filing was so delayed that I received the passports with insurance from the courier at 10 am on November 10, and the flight on the same day at 2 pm. We flew to Vienna safely, we were met, but no one warned that the hotel required a deposit of 70 euros per day per room. The next day, an excursion was planned, which never took place, because. We didn't see the guide. We only received a letter stating that the guide was an hour late and for some reason did not find us in the lobby. Weird people - were we supposed to sit in the lobby until we were blue in the face?

Upon returning to Ukraine, I wrote a letter to Accord-Tour with questions about the deposit at the hotel and the failed tour. To date, part of the deposit has not been returned, managers are playing for time and unsubscribing with "breakfasts".

I would like to wish everyone who wants to safely fly to Vienna not to arrange a tour through this company.
