I want to once again express my gratitude to the Accord Tour company and write in more detail.
Last year I went with Accord, and the tour took place. Not ideal, of course - starting with the terrible crowd at Terminal A, and ending with the girl guide, who often stupidly froze, slurred about the place and time of the group gathering, which caused confusion. Once a person fell behind at all, and they went to the next city without him, and the guide was absolutely calm, and said that these were his problems. The bus was also so-so in terms of comfort, but okay ... The main thing is that the trip took place, and the impressions outweighed the shortcomings.
A manager from a local travel agency warned that Accord often had cancellations, and she and colleagues even filed a complaint against the travel agency. But I decided to take a chance, because the Accord is almost the only one that offers abundance and variety at an affordable price. And I'm lucky!!! Reading about the cancellation of tours in a day, I understand that I was among the lucky ones: my tour, which I carefully chose and planned, was canceled already 2 weeks in advance! Instead, they offered tours around the same dates. But one in a completely different direction, which did not interest me. And the second - with a surcharge, albeit a day shorter. At the same time, I remember that when I was planning a trip, it cost less than the tour I chose and paid for! Of course, round-trip tickets have already been bought, the hotel is booked. I phoned the Accord manager. No apologies for any inconvenience, not a word! But I was offered ... to sort things out with the travel agency from which I bought the tour! After some hesitation, I realized that I did not want to be manipulated and filled out with some irrelevant tours, and issued a refund. Which pass through some offshores in no other way - how else to explain the fact that the return of funds in Ukraine is carried out after 14 working (!!!) days.
On this, my relationship with the Accord ended forever. There are too many false notes in it. What is the use of a wonderful trip to a dream country at an affordable price, if this desired trip does not take place, and in return you get something opposite, without comfort and normal accompaniment.
