The tour was called "Oriental Tale", and the way from Lviv to Marmaris is not a short one. But the first unpleasant surprise was revealed when looking at the dead bus, which was not at all international class. I understand that the tour operator is trying to squeeze the best out of the invested funds, regardless of the comfort of tourists. There were no complaints about the crew, as well as towards Ruslan accompanying Fedorov - everything was calm, correct, polite. The bus, however, broke down on the way back and, having lost 3 hours of time for repairs in Turkey, it was replaced in Bulgaria, losing another 2 hours waiting for a replacement. Moreover, the sightseeing tour declared in Varna consisted of a cursory inspection of indistinct sights and a visit to a supermarket. After Varna, the impression was that there was nothing to see there, because even half of the interesting things there were not shown. Why then include this in the program at all? The next surprise is that no one guaranteed the implementation of the optional excursions declared in Turkey, because the tour escort buys them on the spot and from what is offered at the moment. But then the role of the tour operator becomes unclear - after all, we ourselves can buy these excursions on the spot and 2 times cheaper, which most did. Moreover, when buying, it becomes clear why money for optional excursions is collected on the first day of the tour exclusively in euros. By exchanging euros for lira in the exchange office and purchasing excursions in bulk for lira, you get a good profit. It is not very pleasant to understand that they are impudently making money on you without investing a penny and without spending any effort, because Accord-Tour does not take any part in organizing these excursions.
No one warned in advance about such late settlements in hotels - at 1-2 am, and at 8 am already for breakfast. Declared by the operator in the program as a 4-star hotel in Marmaris - Intermar, on the site of the hotel itself it has a modest 3 stars and does not claim to be more service, that is, there is a misleading of consumers of the service.
In general, it is felt that the owners of Accord-Tour are not very concerned about providing maximum comfort to tourists, apparently, there are already enough customers. But this kind of service won't last long. I will not go with them again, I will look for an alternative.
