Don't mess with Accord Tour

I read previous reviews and confirm that all negative reviews on their website are deleted, so I am writing here so that people before ordering understand that they are taking a big risk and unjustified costs of both time, money and nerves. I will never use the services of the Accord Tour, because I consider such an attitude towards customers unacceptable. I wanted to go on the "Musical Hearts" tour, I was choosing for a very long time, it was important for me that there was a night in Vienna and I just guessed the timing for my DR. Especially for this, I quickly issued a passport, and already in the first days of October I gave a deposit. A few days later they confirmed to me that seats were reserved for me, they even called me the SEAT NUMBERS IN THE BUS. I, as a normal person, began to collect documents to buy train tickets to Lviv, make notarial statements and other other documents that require cash injections. The deadline was 10/07/2013., and now I bring everything, pay the full amount. And in the end, after 3 hours, they tell me that the tour did not get enough (just for nothing). And the fact that, after that, I no longer have time to pick up another tour for myself, then that time and money have been spent, because everything is fine, I was told that I was still lucky that SO EARLY I was told about the cancellation of the tour.
