We arrived at Terminal A at 8.00, on the second and first floors, preparations were underway for a wedding or some other holiday. drank coffee, went to the sanitary room several times, got on the bus and left the terminal with a delay of 15 minutes. Hooray!
The road from Lviv to the border went well with one stop at a gas station, where another Akkorda bus overtook us, and our guide said that this is bad, we will wait at the border!
So funny, the standard thinking of the border guards - all non-standard bags in color and shape were checked and safely sent to duty free. before we had time to drive away from the border, the tourists around me began to suspect that we were lost and then our bus broke down !! waited 2 or 3 hours until the Hungarian bus was sent. As a bonus, they gave the whole bus a free tour to Tokaj with wine tasting and delicious goulash)) We arrived in Budapest very late.
The next day was a buffet and it was here that the best buffet of the entire trip was. Standard tour, what can I say? You can safely refuse all standard free tours in all cities where you will call! I liked the boat trip.
Innsbrug is a misunderstanding of the tour or a non-professional guide I don't know. Lucky for those who managed to take hot, the whole group in our room ate dry food, fresh fruit 0!! cheese 0!! etc. I felt like we were second class people.

We found a way out, walked until 22, arrived on the train 10 stops from the center - 30 minutes and 1.5 km on foot. Not every tourist is ready for such an extreme in a foreign country and minimal English))
The guide's promises to stop in beautiful places probably meant cities and sanitary stops, and not views of insanely beautiful mountains and vineyards, castles and lakes!
In Nice, we lived with windows on the railway road and overpass)) I liked the Principality of Monaco, but an incomprehensible stop at a perfume factory. Why go there if we were taken to the store, and not told about how? ,what? and why?. very strange, they urged us all the time, and then 1.5 hours of the Accord company of our time is not a pity.
Overnight stay in Padua, it says Padua on the tour, but we spent the night 1 km from the sign for the beginning of the city of Padua)) It was the dirtiest and coldest hotel, the lights were dim, there was no internet even for money, there was no water !! beds creaked on all floors, many had cots. insects in the rooms, but cockroaches, bugs are different, there is such a fungus in the soul that the "Auditor" would be in shock-shock!! The breakfast room is not designed for 26 people!

We rightly demanded vouchers to make sure of this, in response, silence. Then we asked so that they return the money to us (out of the 9500 paid, they promised to return 5000), but they say we will not officially return it through the bank, give me some card !!! well, that is, in case of filing a lawsuit, we will not prove that this is a chord, because money will simply be put on the card. Well, in short, everything is involved in SHIT. And it’s disgusting that their SCITCH about not communicating with tourists directly, money, as you understand, we have not received a penny since October 24th.
У нас ситуация просто УЖЕ смешная!Не открыли визу(говорят"Такое сейчас часто"),но до похода в визовый центр я 300раз спрашивала,что может дополнительные документы,всегда тяжело было открыть визу в Германию,а сейчас так тем более,ну да ладно,это проглотили.После этого аккорд через наше агенство начал передавать суммы штрафов!!!непонятно за что и в чем мы виноваты,якобы они проплатили все отели.Мы справедливо потребовали ваучеры,чтобы удостовериться в этом-в ответ тишина.Потом мы попросили,чтобы нам вернули деньги(из 9500 проплаченных они обещали вернуть 5000),но они говорят через банк официально возвращать не будем,дайте какую-нибудь карточку!!!ну то есть в случае подачи в суд,мы не докажем,что это аккорд,т.к. будут просто на карточку положены деньги.Ну короче,все на ГОВНЕ замешано.И противно вот это их ЖЛОБСТВО по-поводу необщения с туристами напрямую,денег,как Вы понимаете,мы еще не получили ни копейки с 24 октября.

But we protested strongly about it and got off the bus saying we weren't going on tour at all. As a result, after a two-hour scandal, the bus was replaced for us. Accord also saves on guides, there is a lot of savings on hotels, but electives are doubled. In general, we put an end to the Accord, and I see that we are not alone.
Я тоже не в восторге от " Аккорда". И если первое наше с ними путешествие в Венгрию в 2009г. было на уровне, то дальше все хуже, и хуже. То автобус убитый и до того не комфортный, что даже ноги поставить некуда, при этом на наше замечание по этому поводу был гениальный ответ : " у вас тур без ночных переездов, зачем вам место для ног?", а то, что перезды по 500 км. в день, то это ничего, потерпите. Но мы выразили активный протест по этому поводу и вышли из автобуса, говоря, что не поедем в тур вообще. В итоге, после двухчасового скандала, автобус нам все-таки заменили. На экскурсоводах Аккорд тоже экономит, на отелях сплошная экономия, зато факультативы завышены в два раза. В общем, на Аккорде мы поставили точку, и я вижу, что не мы одни.
