Doesn't care about clients

From all the cities I really liked Prague - both during the day and in the evening.

The charm of the trip would be much greater if it were not for the complaints about the organization of the tour:

1. In Krakow, despite the bad weather, they were not allowed to take warm clothes from the trunk of the bus (they could have warned in advance, at the sanitary stop)

2. Very late check-in at a hotel in Prague - at 22-30, despite the fact that we entered the city at 11-00

3. A strange requirement from Accord Tour to pay for additional excursions when buying a tour, despite the fact that there are no guarantees that you will get on the excursion that you have chosen

4. The icing on the cake was the decision of our guide Anna to leave us on the day of departure from the hotel without breakfast, for the reason "not to be late for an excursion to Wieliczka", although the program has an obligation to feed us

Personal opinion - this was the last bus trip with Accord
