First I want to say that we bought the tour "Budapest + Vienna" in the travel agency "Guide" - there are no complaints about them. The girls answered all my questions, the tour was arranged quickly, everything was explained. The partner through which they carry out bus tours, Accord Tour, is actually writing a review about his work.

Having stumbled upon negative comments about this tour operator on the last day before the trip, we were upset and expected the worst. We are not demanding tourists, we have come across everything, but we worried in vain.

1. Bus. Once we were lucky to ride in a comfortable bus and with mega experienced drivers. Therefore, we know the proper level of travel. And we are very glad that the Accord did not let us down in this regard. The drivers are professional, the bus is clean and comfortable.

2. The hotel where we spent the night, although 3 *, but the room is clean, everything worked, there was hot water, and the breakfast, although standard, was delicious. And the main plus is the view from the window.

3. Guide. Here is the trouble. We had a guide Vera. As a person, she is a good person, but she did not cope well with her duties. Too distracted, inattentive, disorganized. Drivers were involved in crossing the border, I can be wrong, but it is the guide who should be doing this. I couldn't figure out who signed up for which tour. Emotionally, I could not cope with the constant questions of tourists, how much more to go, when to stop, why we can’t stop now, how long we will stand at the border. It seems to me that a persistent guide is needed here, who will not try to make excuses so as not to offend tourists, but will give a clear answer that some points do not depend on the guide and the travel agency as a whole, and it is simply impossible to please everyone. But, despite all the lack of assembly of the guide, no c / n happened, she did not resent us, with the exception of some demanding tourists. I want to remind you that when buying a tour that costs less than 100 euros, you should not expect top-class service;)

4. Excursions. We were only on introductory tours (they are included in the price of the tour). This is enough for a general idea of ​​the country. We did not take additional ones, as we planned to walk on our own. The guide reacted with understanding - who wanted to go on additional excursions, who did not - at that time they walked themselves. BUT. On the way home, to Ukraine, as it turned out, the last excursion for those who wished was coming - a visit to Eger for a wine tasting. Everything would be fine, but those who refused this excursion are also brought there. And while some feast, others sit and watch. There was nowhere to take a walk, since at 11-12 pm almost all the establishments there were closed. And those who were still working accepted only forints, respectively, not many managed to go there and eat or somehow pass the time. For example, we spent the last forints back in Budapest (it is logical why we need them in Ukraine), but we failed to pay for the euro. This is the only thing that disappointed us the most.

5. Pleasant-unpleasant bonus from Accord. Departure and arrival is carried out from the tourist complex "Terminal A". It is located outside Lviv, getting there by taxi will cost 100-150 UAH. Indeed, the idea is good. You can charge your phone, relax on the sofas, eat - the prices in the cafe are average, rent a hotel room, if anyone needs it, and take a shower. This was the main thing for us, because we wanted to wash ourselves from the road. In fact, for this we went to the "Terminal", but we were in for a failure. On the territory of the complex you can walk weddings. What we think is not very convenient for both tourists and those who are at the wedding. Both of them feel uncomfortable. We were not allowed to take a shower, as all the staff were involved in the wedding, as they explained to us. We had to somehow clean ourselves up in the washbasin in the common toilet. This is another annoying moment.

In general, we are satisfied with the tour. We go on such tours not for the first time and we know what to expect. Accord tour is not inferior to other tour operators. It is likely that we will go with them again.
