Do not use the services of the 'Accord Tour'

We were also denied a visa with the same wording "the trip was not grounded" ... The tour was supposed to start on 04/28/12 "Dreaming about it ...", but they called on April 26 and said that you were denied a visa .. ..Wrote letters, complaints. Accord replied that the Polish consulate had refused a visa, but they had nothing to do with it, the whole group went. To be honest, we do not believe and will no longer use the services of this tour operator. In my opinion, everything is put on stream in them and they still don’t give a damn about tourists: they will go, they won’t go, etc. By the way, we paid for the tour on January 4, 2012, and the documents were submitted at the beginning of February ... I went with this tour operator four times before this incident and everything was in order. The documents were submitted all five times ONE AND THE SAME (they even hang out on my desktop for convenience in one folder). Why, according to the chord tour, the Polish consulate refused us a visa, I still don’t understand ... this is the situation (((
