Do not buy tours from the Accord Tour operator

I bought a tour for the new year in October, 3 days before departure I cancel the tour due to the fact that the bus is not full, I have not yet experienced such a shock. They offered tours that do not correspond to the route of the paid tour at all, some even with an additional charge, after I called them they said that they do not communicate with clients, only with tour operators after 10 minutes of arguing they promised me that the manager would contact me, but he he never contacted me until I called back and said that I would call until they connected me with him. A conversation with the manager did not give me anything, only excuses referring to the contract that they warned us on time and as it turned out the tours that they offered are not the entire list available, they dropped another list of tours from which it was already possible to choose something, but everything cannot be so perfect , in the bus there are only seats in the last row)) and they lied to my tour operator saying that the bus will have 57 seats, and they told me that if no one buys more this tour, the bus will go less and we will have seats at the end. It’s a very long time to describe this situation, how much I spent my nerves on them and how many times I called them up, in the end I just asked for a refund, left with 2-way train tickets and insurance for the tour period.
