I would like to share my impressions after returning from tour No. 466 "Tales of the Bavarian King for schoolchildren" on 03/23/14.
To begin with, the tour that we initially chose was canceled by the Accord tour for unknown reasons, and this one was offered instead. before the tour.
No one met us in Lviv, the phones of the accompanying group did not answer. The promised bus at 8.30 was not there. At 9.10 in the morning in the parking lot, without a plate with the flight number, we found our bus and heard from the attendant that the bus had been in place since 8.00, which is an absolute lie (witnesses to this are 5 adults).
We were in Krakow at 7 pm, under the pouring rain we “looked” at this city. The one who rode for the first time did not remember anything and did not really see it. The water park was canceled for us (although the children agreed to this tour for the sake of its rich children's program), arguing that it is open until 22.00. With a strong desire, we would have had time. And why write it into the program, if you know in advance about the time limit!
Prague was also in the evening. Those who traveled in order to see this most beautiful city limited themselves to sightseeing only from a boat. On the way to the Prague water park, the drivers got lost and asked the townspeople for directions several times.
The head of the group from Accord - Natalya Bridun - at first glance, a sweet girl, but, as it turned out, an incompetent escort of the CHILDREN group. The only interesting thing for children that she did was a quiz with the distribution of prizes. Moreover, the prizes were handed out by a child walking through the cabin of the bus while driving, which, according to her own words, is strictly prohibited! We did not hear any interesting information specifically from Natalia. Music was playing in the cabin of the bus and a couple of films were shown until the TV broke down.
On the way to the Neuschwanstein castle, Natalya lost 3 children and an attendant, and she sat down in a restaurant to dine without counting or, especially without counting, 4 people. Of course, then all the accusations were against us.
About hotels. We went on tours through Accord not the first time. But this time Accord decided to save money on CHILDREN!
The hotels are very modest, there are no two or three stars there, some without heating, with gray linens, without hair dryers, in some places even without soap, without a normal pressure of hot water. And breakfasts are just “tales of the Bavarian king.” Instead of a hot dish promised in every hotel or an equivalent substitute for it - bread, sausage, cheese, diluted juice, disgusting coffee, boiled water with a touch! Only in Munich was approximately what was promised.
The cities that we managed to see during the day are Munich, a nice German village in the Alps and Cesky Krumlov - very beautiful. But only in Ch.Kr. The guide spoke in such a way that I wanted to listen and listen to her. All other guides did not cause any emotions.
This tour is not worth the money paid for it. The client pays money and expects to receive the tour in full (appropriate organization, attitude, positive emotions, which also depend on who leads the tour).
Too bad the Accord lowered the bar.
