Went with Accord twice. I can't say that everything was fine, but I also have special complaints. However, back in December 2018, I was careless enough to buy a "miracle tour" called Stylish Italy with a departure on June 3, 2019. Thanks to the "guaranteed tours" option, it soon became clear that the tour is not happening. But Accord's managers assured me that they would find me an alternative even if I didn't do the tour. However, almost until the last day, of course, no one calls, you need to track yourself, what is the fate of my chosen tour. Also until the last moment will be a complete intrigue when you go and surprise the country travel. Accord employees probably think that it is necessary to collect a suitcase and wait for a call from them. In my case, changing the time and day of departure was not the main problem, because I am from Lviv. I can give advice to people not from Lviv - to bypass the chord on the tenth road.

In my case, Accord never managed to find a tour not only to Italy, but in general, which would suit me. Of the approximately 40 rounds, which includes Italy, is amassed by a force of 5. As a result - spoiled plans for part of the holiday. Of particular note is the feint with prices from Accord, when the initial cost increases, which should indicate that the tour is bought, and then it does not happen
