Lack of honesty and decency.

When we bought the tour, we were told that on this date only the last seats in the very "tail" and 27-28 were free on the bus. According to the 27-28 scheme, these were the first places after the exit in the middle of the cabin, and we agreed to them. In fact, they ended up in front of the exit and were on top of the toilet, which is why they were about 20-25 cm higher in level than all the other seats, and when the previous seats were unfolded, they ended up on our laps. Can you imagine it?! In addition, there were empty seats (experienced travelers quickly occupied them and sat alone on 2 seats). We talked with our fellow travelers and found out that most of them bought the tour later than us. So why didn't these places exist for us??? And that's not all ... The minimum tour package for some reason turned out to be different for everyone. Most have 50-60 €. We have the most expensive - 100 €.
