Bad tour company!

In our tour "With the breeze in Europe" it was indicated that we would be on the tour for 5 days and 4 nights. As a result, we met with the escort in Lviv at 18.00 and went to Europe itself, and according to the company, this is our 1st day! Further, in the morning we were in Dresden, then Prague, overnight in Prague and at 7.30 departure to Vienna, we arrived in Vienna at lunchtime and we were given only 4 hours for this giant city, note that we stayed in Dresden from early morning and up to 20. 30, which, in principle, is not very necessary, because Dresden is smaller than, for example, Vienna. Then at 15.00 we left Vienna for Budapest. 6 hours on the way. . Do you know what for? In order for you to stay in this beautiful city for 40 minutes!!!! FORTY MINUTES!!! FOURTY! And we were taken somewhere 10 km from the chic bridge and the main attractions to the pier where 5 people from the group had a meeting on the boat. And those who did not pay 40 euros for the boat stood on the pier like idiots for these 40 minutes !!!!! This was our 4th day of the tour.. At 9 am we arrived in Ukraine and it was our final 5th day!!!! In general, in fact, we got only 3 days in Europe, which made us extremely upset, we didn’t see either Vienna or Budapest, the organization is terrible! Never again will we go with the ACCORD tour! I don't recommend this scam to ANYONE!
