Turnover increased due to quality

We went to Bulgaria from 07/31/2012 to 08/12/2012 Well, what can I say, Bulgaria is beautiful, the sea is warm, the beach is clean, etc. etc., but no organization. Without any explanation, at 2 o'clock in the morning we were kicked out of the bus and forced to cross the border on foot with our things, there we were transferred to another bus and, it is not difficult to guess that it was much less comfortable. Later we found out that this was the case in all groups. The guide is zero, just a green girl from whom nothing can be achieved, for all claims there is one answer that she is not responsible for this, in general, what she is still responsible for remains unclear. The driver just a boor, ignoring everyone just stopped where he pleases and went shopping, apparently fulfilling the orders of friends and relatives. With excursions the same story, the organization is disgusting! For 2 years of work, "Accord-tour" has changed a lot for the worse, even a simple delivery of tourists to a place of rest could not be adequately organized. My conclusion is that the company has grown, gone mad and insolent, they have lost me as a tourist, I think not me alone. I will go with someone who still cherishes the tourist.
