About dislike for tourists

Good day to all! I really want to share my impressions of the Austria-Italy trip, and especially about the organization of the tour by the wonderful Accord-tour travel agency.

Firstly, the head of the group Olga Zhuravleva. Dear "Accord-Tour", what did Olga Zhuravleva do wrong to you, that you severely punished her by sending a group of tourists to accompany you? And what was the fault of more than 30 people who ended up in a group led by this girl? Olga, as the leader of the group, is absolutely incompetent, indifferent and uncommunicative.

If you believe the information indicated in the info sheet, then “the duties of the accompanying group include: ensuring the implementation of the tour program, informing tourists about the time and place of gathering or departure of the group, providing tourists with general regional information, interacting with guides on the route and monitoring the implementation of the excursion program , interaction with drivers, interaction with representatives of the host country, interaction with official services, control over discipline and rules of conduct for tourists on the route.

I want to note that no one provided us with any regional information (is it really so difficult to print and read at least the minimum information about the host country? Or even not read into the microphone, but distribute a brief printout to tourists?) in a whisper and only to those who asked; the rest learned this information from the "lucky ones", whom Olga informed in a whisper in a big secret.

But all this is trifles compared to the ninth day of the tour, which according to the program we were supposed to spend in Vienna, was simply stolen from us through the fault of Olga - when leaving Venice and moving to a transit hotel in Austria, Olga mixed up the addresses and we went quite the other way. As a result - a detour of more than 100 kilometers, loss of 4 hours, arrival at the transit hotel at 3 am. Instead of apologizing and somehow smoothing over the situation, Olga began to babble some nonsense about the travel agency managers messing up with the addresses, then tried to blame those who were late for the bus and then carried some nonsense. Once again, she didn’t tell us anything about the time of departure from the hotel and generally hid for a long time. Due to the fact that the departure from the hotel took place at about one in the afternoon (at that time we should have already enjoyed Vienna), Olga made a proposal not to call in Vienna, since instead of the scheduled day in Vienna we would have only 1 hour, and go straight to a transit hotel on the territory of Poland (“in 1 hour you still won’t see anything, otherwise there will be more time to rest”). Indeed, spending a day in Vienna or spending 1 hour is a significant difference. Olga's proposal not to visit Vienna could be supported, provided that the travel agency returns the money to tourists for not completing the tour program due to the fault of their employee. But as soon as they started talking about a refund, the sweet girl Olya changed her mind about passing Vienna and they brought us there - at 17:30 we got off the bus, and at 18:25 we were already supposed to leave. Such a formal stay in Vienna was done only in order not to compensate deceived tourists for a tour day stolen from them.

Dear "Akkord-tour", can this be considered the fulfillment of the tour program? And why, having paid for a certain program, we did not receive in full what we expected because of the incompetence of the group leader?

Secondly, the first day of the tour is a visit to the Terma Bukovina Tatranska water complex. So it is indicated in the program, but ... As the same Olga Zhuravleva said: “How many times I went, we have never got there yet.”

Dear "Accord-Tour", why indicate in the program what is obviously impossible? Or is it not feasible only for the groups that Olga accompanies?

The tour program itself is very rich and informative, but there is very little time - if you take all the optional excursions, then there is absolutely no time left for an independent walk around the city.

In my opinion, Accord-tour has completely discredited itself with such an attitude towards tourists, and I will definitely not use the services of your company again and will not recommend Accord-tour to my friends.
