What you need to know about this tour:

one . In addition to the price of the tour, you ALWAYS pay for the transfer to Venice (bus + boat) 26 euros, local fees at hotels, headphones with a receiver in free tours (and you can’t hear the guide without them), travel (about this, however, it is written in the tour advertisement). In total, it turned out an additional 48 euros per person. Add to the price immediately.

People who took the same excursions that Accord offers on the spot received twice the quality for half the money.

2. The tour does not include accommodation in hotels, only overnight stay. Your belongings are always on the bus, because rarely anyone walks around Rome with a suitcase. BUT!! If you decided that the Accord Tour should take care of this, then you are mistaken. The bus does not stand in guarded parking lots in Rome, where many cases of theft (about which the guide warned a hundred times) the bus was left in a vacant lot on the outskirts. The drivers also decided that it was not their duty to take care of your things. The result - the bus was robbed, many were left with only what they had with them in the city, they were left without things, money and documents. DO NOT RELY ON THE ACCORD TOUR!! Why was it impossible to rent 1 room in a hotel and leave things there for the day or put the bus under guard? The answer is obvious - the chord is just on you..t. Olya Oleksiuk, a representative of the company, knew about the theft from noon, but told everyone about it only at 7 pm, when it was too late to decide something. I believe that I did not make such a decision on my own, but at the direction of the company. To the fact that it was not her who was robbed and it was not for her to decide - they .. (see above).

So, if you decide to go with the Accord, take an old shos, or chip in on the guard yourself.

3. The whole tour is a continuous race. The bus is always late, it did not arrive at any point of the route on time. The tour was probably based on the fact that there is nothing on the road except your bus (and even then ..).

Budapest is in the program, consider, simply not. On the 1st day, you arrive there at about 10 pm, and if a little earlier, you will have time for a boat on the Danube, and if a little later, you will not have time to go anywhere. On the last day, at best, get a sightseeing tour, without a summary time. Why the whole program was written in advertising, I don’t know, you won’t have any of this.

We were late on the 2nd day to Vienna, and on the 3rd day for the train to Florence, and on the 4th day in Venice we waited for the bus after arriving for 1.5 hours at the gas station (Olya, ay, where are the apologies?). We were late to Lviv, people lost their train tickets.

Olya cheerfully asked the robbed tourists, “Well, is Italy beautiful? It's good, after all."

Wonderful Italy, however, the cities themselves did not disappoint. The chord just messes up all the time.

This is not the first time we have traveled with Accord, in 2013 it was a small company with good quality, but in 2018 this is the organization where everything is through Zh., with whom you don’t want to deal with anymore.
