I want to express my opinion regarding the trip to the tour "Barcelona Sunny Kiss". I have never had such a terrible trip! Our guide is Mrs. Ulyana (as I understand it, she wants to be called that way, since she repeatedly made remarks that she was addressed to “You”). As soon as we got on the bus, she said that we should be forced to travel, as I quote: "for some, this may be the last trip of a lifetime to Europe." . . . and Ulyana made such remarks more than once. . . . is it like that? can a professional say this??? the organization of the tour is terrible and ill-conceived, then we had to literally run around the cities in order to have time to leave, otherwise we could wait for departure until night, as it was in Zurich. In addition, no one warned people who took the Barcelona and Football tour, which costs about 26 euros, that they will also have to pay for a ticket to enter the stadium (about 23 euros). In Nice, for tourists who did not want to go on an excursion to Monaco, the guide at first strongly recommended to go there, but when the tourists refused, she said that it would be necessary to get to Monaco on their own so that the bus would not return, since Monaco is on the way to Venice . . . . it wasn't written anywhere at all. In addition, this lady one morning announced to the whole bus that someone “stole” the food, and then a whole lecture followed in the same spirit, since half of the group was not enough. . . . I do not exclude that such a fact was. . . . but I want to note that the breakfasts on this tour were meager and very small portions. And to make comments to people who ate how many eggs for the whole bus is incorrect and unprofessional. . . By the way, against this background, it was very funny to watch how Ulyana "agitated" tourists to go on an excursion "Luxury of Monaco" (the price of the excursion, for a moment, was 47 euros). Despite the fact that the tourists who all de stayed in Nice got to this city for 1.5 euros by bus. .. And there are a lot of such moments on this trip, some remarks to people that they are incorrectly addressed to her, or, for example, a remark was made to an elderly man who was late for the tour that he eats a lot of fat, as a result of which he clogs blood vessels and he cannot walk fast. . . . In addition, the leisure time of tourists on the bus was not organized at all, generally uninteresting films were shown on TV, which are not even closely related to the culture of the countries we visited. . . . information about countries was presented dryly, usually from Wikipedia, nothing interesting, some dry facts and those that have not been updated for a long time! In addition, I want to note that the bus on which we are traveling is completely not intended for tourist trips, the seats are uncomfortable and do not go to the aisle, and this tour includes two night crossings! and I don’t understand how people can be sent on such a bus! !! In general, not a tour, but a nightmare. . . Accord-tour, your company has gone bad, you don't give a damn about your tourists! I won't contact this company again!!!
