Accord Tour - Terrible Vacation

In 2015, we went on a similar tour with Accord, there was also Paris, therefore, there is something to compare with. There was a very comfortable bus - there was enough distance between the seats, you could safely stretch your legs, and the night crossing went unnoticed, and relatively comfortable. This time on the tour on July 21, 2018 - for convenience, we asked for front seats, for which now you need to pay extra 16 Euros per person, we paid 16 Euros for two. Tour, for which we were originally signed up (Around the World in 7 Days) did not take place, we were transferred to another - Little French Journey "- in which places 7 and 8 were already taken, we were left with 11-12, but they also cost 16 euros per person! you have to pay for comfort - it’s not a question, BUT WHERE IS COMFORT???? even for the youngest.. Legs like banks - all because of the economy class seats, where the legs are not particularly stretched forward. The question is - for what kind of comfort is 16 euros ??????

Drivers also play their own movies! lift the suitcase to help bring it to the woman - it was said "we bought things in Paris - carry it yourself!" stops only where and when it is convenient for them! One driver is polite, the second - Sergey (younger) - a rare HAMLO! he talked to us like that, there was a feeling that we did not let him earn money with our trip, but, on the contrary, we still owe money! (about suitcases with things from Paris, by the way, his phrase) This is a vacation, why talk like that with tourists who paid money for the tour! suffered for a week in an uncomfortable bus, and also admired the disgruntled mug of the driver and enjoyed his rudeness!

Comparing with 2015, I can definitely say that 80% of success is the work of the team leader! Then (2015) everything was very organized, one night trip went unnoticed. I'm not one of those tourists who are always dissatisfied with everything - I really travel a lot, fly, and more than once a year, I have something to compare, and I'm always happy with the trip , especially if all expectations are justified, but when, at the very beginning of the trip, Anna, the tour leader, says, I’m not a guide and I’ll tell you only what I know - and not a word about anything during the trip (for comparison, in 2015 we were told along the way, even while moving around Lviv - a small history of the city, while driving western Ukraine - where we are going, what kind of places, etc. This time - not a word during the whole trip! in 2015 we were immediately told about plans for the whole trip .Everything is in detail, it got to the point that before the night moving in 2015, the guide said now you will open the luggage compartment, take toothpaste and all the necessary accessories so that you can get yourself ready for bed.This time Sanitary stop 40 minutes , but while the guide is stupid and we don’t stop where we planned - it’s not 40 minutes anymore, you already have 30 minutes, it’s not our fault, but we suffer, the guide missed the stop in the navigator, but who will admit it!

We had 3 birthdays in the whole trip! it seems not so difficult to congratulate all of them together on the bus! but it's hard for our guide! I should have thought about it! elementary things are so difficult! We also asked to stop us not only where you can buy burgers, which are already sickening to look at - they asked to stop near a regular supermarket (there are plenty of them outside the city! ) - to which the guide replied: "I don't know where the supermarket is, I don't live here" - but the drivers bought food and water for the guide, and we rammed burgers! ate them for the rest of their lives! The guide does not need a supermarket - so why look for it!

I have recommended the Accord tour to many people as a comfortable budget vacation, some of my relatives travel every year with the Accord to different countries, I cannot but tell them about how uncomfortable the trip was, which was also a birthday present! thanks for the gift! do not say anything - "rested"! we will treat swollen legs from the corn bus, in which we rode and remember only beautiful cities, so that only good impressions from the vacation itself remain in our memory! and so that all the negativity is erased as soon as possible - from the organization, the guide and the boorish driver !! little things like that also make a vacation, whatever one may say! Please pay Accord's attention to such a terrible work of the guide and driver! and on such an economy class bus! either the quality of the bus should be negotiated in advance, or you don’t need to take extra from people. fee for "VIP" seats!
