Accord Tour - SCAM!!!

07/21/2017 I went on a bus tour without night crossings, called "Give me, give" (Hungary, Austria).

There was no worst trip in my life. Firstly, the bus was old, dirty, the air conditioners did not work. There was ONE Hungarian driver behind the wheel, who did not know the language and drove the bus without rest for a day !!! On the way to Hungary, the bus broke down 2 times, because of which we lost precious time. As a result, we got to the first point of Hungary, the city of Eger, already at 22.00, and we were given a tour of the night city right up to 23.30. We arrived at the hotel in Budapest on 22.07.2017 at 03.00 at night! For the entire period of rest, we changed 4 buses, each subsequent one was worse than the previous one! On the claims of tourists to the carrier to change the bus, he said that he would put our suitcases out of the bus, and put us on the street. He also provoked a fight with one of the tourists.

I want to say about the leaders of our tourist group - Alexander Sechena - a terrible, incompetent, conflict person, whose goal is to "divorce" tourists for money.

The way back was the worst. The Hungarian driver (again, he drove the bus alone during the day) broke the wipers just in the strongest thunderstorm. He decided to drive the bus along the serpentine "blindly". And only thanks to the forces of tourists the bus was repaired. From the border of Ukraine to Lviv, we drove 9 HOURS! The Hungarian driver got lost a couple of times, because he did not know the road. Also, many tourists missed the trains. The tour operator Accord-tour did not reimburse the losses of tourists, but simply put everyone at the Lviv railway station.

So instead of rest and positive impressions, I got health problems. I want to warn everyone, DO NOT CONTACT THE ACCORD TOUR TOUR OPERATOR!!!!
