Accord Tour - NEVER work with this travel agency

Everyone, good day!

Attention to everyone who decided to visit the SPA-Kingdom tour. Especially those who decided to buy it in order to open a multivisa.

Our flight departed from Lviv on 15.03.13 at 22:00. Despite the adverse weather conditions (that day the whole Lviv and Transcarpathia were covered with snow, and the roads were blocked), the carriers still went on this wonderful tour, risking the lives of their passengers. Since at the exit from Lviv all roads were blocked. Nevertheless, the bus drivers took a detour of the traffic police post, + 80 km.

The documents were submitted to the embassy in the last days before departure, and on the bus we all learned that the visa was valid for 3 days. Half of the bus immediately got up and left, and those who arrived from other cities were simply hostages of the situation, as our passports were waiting for us in Uzhgorod.

I have a question for the Accord employees: How did you put people on the bus without passports? Do you even know who you are taking? Passports, according to the agreement, should have been issued on the bus - this did not happen.

Also, regarding the opening of a multivisa, so that the employees of Accord do not tell you - if you are in Slovakia for less than 3 days, NOBODY will open a multivisa for you.

Therefore, before buying a tour about Akkorda, read the reviews on the Internet.
