The day before yesterday my first fairy tale from "Accord-tour" ended. Impressions - the sea! When choosing a tour in Europe, I, of course, read reviews about the tour operator and, I must say, the great desire to visit Europe periodically decreased with the number of negative reviews about the Accord Tour. Any verbal nastiness was enough to make me shudder for various reasons until the very departure: what if a visa is not opened, drivers can be non-professionals, excursions turn out to be useless . →

Traveled by bus for the first time. On the advice of friends, I chose without night crossings, no longer than 10 days. The tour itself was very well organized starting from Lviv. All the hotels along the way were better than I could have expected. In general, the trip is tiring, but regular stops help, you can stretch your legs a bit and chat with the rest of the people. →

The travel agency was pleasantly impressed by the services provided. Many thanks to all who organized the tour 888 Lviv-Bratislava-Vienna-Prague-Dresden. The organization is at the highest level, the visa was opened without any hassle. Rooms in hotels are booked and no one had any problems with it (In Bratislava, the hotel "Chopin" is very good, there is everything you need for a holiday; in Prague, the hotel "Emerald" is relatively worse, but if you do not find fault then one night is fine). →

From 03/16/2013 I went on the Star Kingdom bus tour, the group leader was Bogdan Andrushchenko. Only favorable impressions remained, not overshadowed by any negative. The leader is an impeccable professional, very competent, correct, caring. By the end of the tour it was a pity to leave. All questions and he solved the problems of tourists instantly, no inconsistencies, inconsistencies. →

The tour "In fashionable colors of the Netherlands" for 13.04.13 was booked back in January. At the end of February, they made a full payment and handed over all the documents. We were even rushed, because. the group was already recruited and it was necessary to transfer documents to the embassy. And everything was fine until 04/03/13 (10 days before the trip) was informed that the tour was canceled due to a shortage of the group. →

Our flight departed from Lviv on 15.03.13 at 22:00. Despite the adverse weather conditions (that day the whole Lviv and Transcarpathia were covered with snow, and the roads were blocked), the carriers still went on this wonderful tour, risking the lives of their passengers. →

Since 2008 we have been using the services of "Accord-tour". Were in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic. Switzerland-France-Germany, Luxembourg, both in "branded" cities and in the outback (which distinguishes the Accord-tour from other travel agencies). CAUTION DIVORCE. Akkord-Tour does not fulfill its obligations. We paid for the tour. From the beginning they changed the tour. And on the bus itself they said that there would be no two local accommodation, there would be three people and one of you would sleep on a COLLAR. If we had known, we had previously refused at all, and so they put us at a standstill, either you pay more or for a CANT. →

Good afternoon. They spent their winter holidays in Warsaw and Paris. As for excursions and spending time in the countries themselves - just wonderful. But that's just everything was overshadowed by the attitude towards tourists of the tour operator. Nobody notified about the postponement of the flight, as a result, an additional payment for tickets (970 euros for 4 people) to arrive in Ukraine at the right time, otherwise deportation threatened. →

With Bogdan Andrushchenko we went to Germany, the tour "Polka of Saxony". Just saying "I liked it" is an understatement. This is the first time we have been on such a tour, we expected another one, but it turned out better.
