Organization of the tour: it all started with the fact that we were replaced by an escort. Instead of Oksana Tsyulyup, Markiyan Mysiv went with us. We cannot say that we were satisfied with it. And here's why: he did not know the route well and did not provide assistance when it was needed. →

Bus tour "Perfect Mademoiselle" from Lviv led by Taras Kendzor from 06/29/2013 to 07/06/2013 deserves the highest rating. All excursions are led by highly qualified guides. The choice of cities to watch is great: Budapest, Salzburg, Bern, Geneva, Vienna, etc. At the same time, the excursion program is built in such a way that the huge saturation of the viewed does not make the tour tedious. →

On July 16, having learned about the next cancellation of my trip to Montenegro on the tour of Luchika Montenegro, I wrote about this on this site. I chose the Luchiki Montenegro tour for myself, it suited me for several reasons, this is the absence of a Schengen visa and 7 days of rest at the sea in Montenegro. →

I would like to wish the travel agency to think about the night sludge of buses. The issue of transport for sightseeing tours in cities during heavy rains (even if for an additional fee) was not thought out. It was very unpleasant when in Berlin the bus dropped everyone off in the pouring rain and left to settle for 9 hours. You don’t spend a lot of time in the puddles, and all the sights are not to your liking. →

I want to say thank you to Accord that it allows us to make our dreams come true! Our tour "Azure Intrigue" (flight 631) was very exciting and exciting! God knows, I have always advertised Accord among my friends and acquaintances as the best travel agency. And my review for 2010 on the Accord website was full of indignation at the nit-picking of the Crimean tourist. But after the tour of the Cote d'Azur, I want to say goodbye to Accord. The tour "Azure affair", which began on June 22, 2013 with the "schemer" Liza Tkachuk and the drivers, stupid or narrow-minded (to put it mildly) Pavlik and Garik (no complaints about him, the driver should be like that, calm and laconic). →

3 years have passed since my wife and I traveled with a chord to Hungary and Austria and were very satisfied. And now we are going to Bulgaria and have already received so much negativity from reviews about stupid guides, rude drivers, non-working conders on the bus, about the hotel we chose the air conditioner will turn on for us for a top fee, I don’t know how it will be with the toilet, we don’t have everything inclusive. →

Bus tour "Italy - a country of inspiration" - a spoiled mood and money thrown into the trash. This tour should be renamed "Hungary and a flight through Italy for suckers." I went for the first time and such a trip. And I was very pleased. The company provided all the services ordered. Our guide Natasha is very good. And everything depended on the group - age and upbringing. excursions that did not take place due to floods and constant rain did not affect us.
