Already on the tour, a bunch of hidden and obligatory expenses pop up. The attendants are lazy and cannot connect two words. I would not recommend this tour operator to anyone! Let's go on tour 27. 05. 2014 "A short trip. . . . ". Initially, the group was supposed to consist of 30 people, in fact it turned out to be a double-decker bus - 60 people. The meeting was scheduled for 14.30 (some tourists came), a sightseeing tour of Lvov1 was supposed. 5-2 hours, then departure to Bratislava. The tour lasted about an hour, after which we did not go to the border, but returned to the station again, more tourists came up. →

Paid for a private hotel room. Settled in the Danubius Hotel Flamenco. It turned out that my room was separated from the other room by a door without a lock!!!!!! →

05/04/2014 we flew to Milan, the host side "Gartur". The dishonesty of TA "Gartur" is simply amazing: the person accompanying us in Italy came to work drunk in the morning, they took us to presentations 5 times, wasting our time, but you want to see Italy, the sights ... We hired a transport company with a driver who robs tourists (from our camera was stolen, back on the way to the airport). →

The company was chosen by chance. I was worried about the services, as I paid for the invoice sent on the Internet by an intermediary from Lviv. We recommend to everyone! And we will meet with Sergey and Slavok in the next round in the summer. →

Dear tourists! I and 20 other people were very disappointed in this company. Because on 04/24/2014 a group of 45 people had to leave for a bus tour of Europe. And when we were already in Lvov (23 hours on the train), we were informed that the Consul of Slovakia supposedly, through negligence, forgot to stamp our visa. Then we met two women who said that twenty more tourists, without explanation, were simply denied a tour. →

4 months before the tour, we paid for a trip to Spain "8 First Dates" despite the scrupulous clarification of our desires for accommodation on the bus, in the end we sat in different places, as it turned out later that the seats on the bus were free and whoever was the most impudent took the best places, unpardoned Russian tourists (and it turned out to be a group of 68 !!!!! horror !!!! people from Russia, Ukraine and Moldova) threw our bags and sat down on the places we occupied (there were three of us). →

I would like to share my impressions after returning from tour No. 466 "Tales of the Bavarian King for schoolchildren" on 03/23/14. To begin with, the tour that we initially chose was canceled by the Accord tour for unknown reasons, and this one was offered instead. before the tour.
