But still, I would like to leave the most objective review that will help the same naive tourists as we were. →

07/21/2017 I went on a bus tour without night crossings, called "Give me, give" (Hungary, Austria). There was no worst trip in my life. Firstly, the bus was old, dirty, the air conditioners did not work. There was ONE Hungarian driver behind the wheel, who did not know the language and drove the bus without rest for a day !!! On the way to Hungary, the bus broke down 2 times, because of which we lost precious time. →

Flight 199. Guide Irina Kiyashko. I am a bus tourist with experience and can write a real review. The company itself is great, they organize everything well, the choice of tours is pleasing, but with guides kapets. On the second day of our trip (Summer vacation under Spanish sails) it turned out that the guide Irina Kiyashko had no idea about some of the excursions of our tour. →

I did not like the organization of the trip, a lot of water, but little substance. The guide is good, but very intrusive on excursions for an additional fee. Poorly thought out route. They settle in dirty dirty hotels with bedbugs. →

In full chocolate... Germany and Switzerland! The countries themselves, of course, are beautiful and this is true. But the organization of the trip was so to say .... obviously rather weak. It seems that Accord-tour is taking a group along this route for the first time and is training for us. We were always in a hurry to go somewhere, but we always didn’t have time, there was only enough time to conduct a paid excursion at an accelerated pace. →

Shock number 1 - upon departure, the guide states: "You are going to the EU countries, you must have 500 euros (there is not a word about this in the information sheet). Shock number 2 - a bus breakdown at the beginning of the pass (we lost an hour, the bus was never replaced). We were looking for throughout Croatia, they found the most miserable hotel - UVALA SCOTT. →

"Accord" on its website offers tourists who have bought a tour, accommodation in Lviv before the trip. Booked a room "Comfort" on Efremov 4 weeks before departure on the site, indicated a phone number, no one called back. I wrote to "Accord" in a chat on Facebook, they said that this room was booked for us, but it was necessary that the travel agent who ordered the tour sent the application. →
