'Conquering Hearts' with Elena Dirych

I went on tour 7. 04. 13 "Conquering Hearts" with Elena Dirych. Never seen such unprofessionalism. The person is incompetent. All the questions of the group hung in the air, as she could not answer any of them. We did not know when there would be stops, how much more to go to the hotel or the next city. The presence of a GPS navigator saved me, so the whole bus asked me how much longer to go. There were situations when they drove for 6-7 hours without stopping, people were indignant and asked to make a parking lot, but she was only silent and obviously did not know what to answer. The drivers are just awful. All the time they were arguing with everyone, including Elena. Because of them, some missed their trains on the way back. At a 5-minute stop (only for a toilet), the drivers went to a cafe and left everyone waiting under the bus doors, undressed, and it was 10 degrees outside. And to all requests to continue moving faster, they were only rude and snapped, not only to tourists, but also to the leader of the group. Hotel in Prague "Juno" - just a nightmare. Dirty and smelly, towels with holes and looks like 30 years old. Breakfasts are inedible. We lived in it for three days, but it looks like we will remember it all our lives. I can only say thank you for Bratislava. Hotel "Chopin" is beyond praise. New, clean, the rooms have everything, including kettles and hair dryers, wonderful and varied breakfasts. Our group is just wonderful. No one was late, everyone was nice and sociable. But, unfortunately, even these pleasant impressions cannot cover the negative from the organization of the trip. So I do not advise you to go with "Accord" in general and Elena Dirych in particular.
