We went with a chord for 5 years, but we have to say goodbye to him.
Booked a tour to Norway on July 22, paid, booked a hotel. A week before the start of the tour, they are informed that the tour will not take place, and they offer to change to a cheaper tour with a week shift, from July 28 or in August.
I'm shocked. Previously, in such cases, they offered an alternative more expensive tour for the same dates, but without additional payment, which compensated for the inconvenience. And now they are just trying to scam you, and there is no moral compensation.
Goodbye Accord...
P.S.: the previous two trips also left a bad impression about themselves due to the poor organization of the tour.
