To Prague with the Accord Tour! SOS! Dangerous roads!

This review was written on the last day of the tour, already at the border. I didn’t get around to publishing it, although I promised. But the moment came when it was no longer possible to remain silent - a week ago people died again in Poland - tourists from the Accord Tour! And now the review itself:

- I will not touch upon the issues of accommodation in hotels, the professionalism of the guide and other important, but still secondary issues. It may be unpleasant, but not fatal. I am tolerant of a lot of things, and I try to find a positive in everything. But there are things that you cannot turn a blind eye to - this is road safety! Crazy bus Akkorda on a narrow steep winding mountain road loaded with trucks (from Prague back even in complete darkness) - is there anything else to add to this! Is it just that you involuntarily feel like a kamikaze and remember prayers. We are travelers with extensive experience in bus tours. True, we tried to travel with other companies, with Accord this is only our third trip. But we have never been driven on such a dangerous road! There is a paid autobahn nearby, along which travelers are transported by travel agencies. But the Accord will not pay if you can drive on a free municipal road, risky and jewelerly entering a large bus into turns over cliffs (thanks to professional drivers for this)! We never saw a single bus (even a regular one) on this narrow road both back and forth, which is logical ... But quite recently, a bus with tourists from Accord crashed on a mountain road, people died (PS this is another accident, it was written BEFORE the accident in Poland). But even this tragedy did not affect the cold-blooded managers of the Accord Tour. I think that people should know on what thread the Accord of their life is holding..

.By the way, in the information sheet, Accord drew a road through the Sudeten Mountains along the autobahn through Brno, that is, tourists paid for a safe European road. The price of the issue is that the road along the autobahn is only 20 km longer, that is, the obvious gain in time due to speed, of course, that the road is toll. But the price of the issue is the safety and life of people! Yes, and initially a bus tour involves rest, a change of scenery, and a comfortable ride along the beautiful European autobahns, and not dangerous secondary (but free) narrow roads.

Conclusion: due to the dangerous unpredictability in the organization of tours and the ability to create an extreme situation out of nothing, we will try to avoid Accord Tour services. In the contract for tourist services, the route of the bus must be described in detail.

The rest of the tour was quite good, an excellent selection of professional guides in the cities.
