In general, it makes one wonder what the essence of such a would-be agent is, but other than collecting money. But first things first.

To begin with, it killed that when we arrived at the place of residence, no one even thought about the process of our settlement. A driver came with us, who simply gave the money to the hotel administrator and that was it. And as soon as he drove off - then what continuous misunderstandings began. Firstly, in the hotel where we arrived and which we chose in Kirovograd, we will spend the night only one night, and then we will be moved to another villa, which we categorically refused in Kirovograd. Naturally, we saw nothing from local administrators except astonished looks. After we managed to contact the so-called Akita managers, we were assured that this misunderstanding would be sorted out in the near future, but then no one deigned to contact us. Only the next day, again after our call, we were assured that all issues had been resolved. But as it turned out, no one solved anything and generally issued a deadly phrase: “We cannot understand the essence of your problem. Decide everything yourself on the spot. From a formal point of view, we had almost the same room with all the amenities, but not where we would like and with heaps of minuses that there is not enough time to list. As it turned out later after a closer acquaintance with the hotel administration, no one originally ordered the room at our request. And they took the money for him, the room in which we lived was half cheaper, of course, no one returned the difference to us, but only shrugged.

In addition to the fact that the devil knows how, so already before departure, until they themselves contacted them late in the evening before departure, no one thought to inform about the time of sending home.

The road back is generally a complete horror. Returning from the Crimea in a bus where the air conditioner does not work and there is only one hatch and the driver's window, and there were only 2 stops, as for me, this is a complete mockery. And also the manager of the travel agency "AKITA-TOUR" during this trip - slept all the way in the back seat in a bathing suit, and felt great.

Summing up all of the above, only one conclusion suggests itself. If you use the services of travel agencies, then only for delivery to the place of rest, and take on all the troubles of settling and rely only on yourself.
