I haven't been to Europe...that's why I got caught in a scam! Organizer Nina Ivanovna Roslyakova and Oksana Nikolaevna Kagalovskaya - PEOPLE, hear these names - run to hell))) Not only that, the rules of stay in the country are not maintained (instead of 10 hours of stay in Dresden, there were only 3 hours of which 30 minutes were allocated for visiting Dresden art gallery - what can be seen in 30 minutes?????) and they also didn’t want to give change in euros after paid excursions to people, they say, we’ll give it back in Ukraine when we arrive in hryvnia .... Until they pressed them properly so Bags and revealed!! We drove across Europe like deer ... We didn’t see anything, we didn’t hear anything, we don’t remember anything ... we couldn’t even take a photo - EVERYONE DRIVED FASTER FAST. Tour guides are probably the cheapest, because. one of them could not speak plainly and chewed the cud all the way like an animal, so the words were lost. Of course, the countries are beautiful and worth going)) but not with such an organization!! The Czechs are friendly, the service is normal even in 3 stars, the food is normal, but the rudeness and rip-off from the travel AGENT is a NIGHTMARE!!! so throw your ..... thugs
