Failed vacation or tricks of travel agency employees

I live in St. Petersburg, and my sister lives in Drogobych in Ukraine. Long before the trip to Ukraine, I contacted the travel agency by e-mail and asked me to pick up an inexpensive tour for a vacation for 2, either in Egypt or in Tunisia. However, the unexpected happened - my mother became very ill and I had to abandon my intentions to go somewhere to rest. But upon arrival in Drohobych, I nevertheless decided to go to a travel agency and ask them to organize a tour for at least 4 nights and 3 days. This is instead of the prescribed 7 days. Since I decided that it’s impossible to leave a sick mother for a long time, and these 4 days will be enough for my sister to visit abroad at least once in her life. And what do you think? Travel agency employee Svetlana Ostrovskaya first promised me to pick up something and then call back. On the same day, May 18, the phone rang and she invited me to the office to offer a tour to Tunisia for 2 persons.

I came, got acquainted with the tour, everything suited me. Only the trouble is the tour from Kiev. We agreed that I would go to the railway station, buy train tickets from Drohobych to Kyiv and back. and then I’ll come to pick up the tour. Within an hour I bought tickets and again found myself on the threshold of the Andria Tour. And then Svetlana, having carefully looked at the sites, simply stunned me: “You know, while you were traveling, the tour was only for 1 person. The thing is that there is no second place on the plane, there is only one left. Of course, it was hard to imagine how this inexperienced and illiterate employee fooled me. I just "fueled" in a rage that I would have to return tickets, and even lose something on the return. Then I asked her to pick up a tour to any visa-free country so that the railway save tickets. I was ready to fly with my sister from Kyiv not only to Egypt, Tunisia, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, etc.

But Svetlana spent more than an hour digging into the computer and still couldn’t find at least one tour. As a result, I wasted my nerves, time, and even money. Since immediately after visiting the travel agency, I went to the station and handed in tickets. I managed to take my sister on vacation. I am still surprised by the indifference not only of Svetlana Ostrovskaya, but also of the director of the travel agency. It is hard to believe that it would be impossible to fly to any visa-free country. inherent in both Svetlana and her director. They don’t treat their clients like that! Therefore, I would not advise anyone to use the services of this travel agency. These are the “tricks” of a travel agency that can happen to everyone. AND NERVES WILL BE HEALTHY AND MONEY TOO. AT LEAST ON YOUR SOUL YOU WILL NOT LEFT A BITTER RESPONDENCE FOR THE FAILED VACATION! THEREFORE, THE WORK OF THIS COMPANY, AS ON "1" I SIMPLY CANNOT.
