Thus, what Advant earns on his so-called agents, do not go to fortune-tellers. In favor of this, I can also give one more argument.
2. Advant assures that their "client agents" buy the tour directly from the operator. However, if you carefully read the law on tourism, according to which everyone is still working from 2006, you can see who the tour operator has no right to work "directly" with a client without an agreement, and even more so, give him a commission. But Advant's clients firmly believe that they pay directly to the operator, and so on. Advant does not bear any responsibility for the actions of the operator ("because he does not work with him (!)"), the airline and the host company, and the client himself resolves his issues with his troubles. Turn on the logic! How can a B2B operator/system (which Advant sells access to) give Advant partner access to prices if they are not registered as a tour company? And if Advant is indeed a travel company, then it bears the same responsibility as operators and airlines, etc., because according to agreements on the provision of travel services between tour operators and a travel agent, any travel agent acts "on behalf and on behalf of the tour operator."
But what does Advant say, and what are his "workers" firmly convinced of? The fact that Advant is holy, that its so-called "technical support" do everything "what they can" and, due to their serious connections, "solve everything", that travel agents are "terrible grabbers who know nothing and cannot do anything." However, as practice and negative customer reviews show, who usually try to delete immediately after publication so as not to spoil the "resume", not everything is so rosy ... Agents usually "fight to the end" for their customers with both the operator and the airline and with the host company. A long-term agent has really "his own people" in many areas of life and can really "solve a lot" with the right people. A competent agent can advise both the hotel and the country and the operator. Advant will advise only "low-level mass destinations" a- for Turkey and Egypt, and then, it’s not a fact that he will advise well, the rest - by yourself ... by yourself .... Advant will not "stay up" for the sake of the client, he even has "24/7 technical support" working strictly during business hours, the rest of the time - your troubles and solve them yourself.
But who will understand this?!? ;)
There was such a wonderful pyramid Swiss Halley, it went so beautifully, it also sold access to "dynamic" tours, simply by connecting air and hotel booking systems. They also said that everything is "cheap", "no extra charges" and blah blah blah ...... And people hawal! Full lecture halls were collected. Access really cost a little more. The system worked for 3-4 years, now it has rested in Bose ...... Those who first jumped in and jumped out, they even got something in monetary terms. Rest.........
It will be the same with Advant, as soon as the pyramid reaches a critical level of funds, Advant will disappear with all the dough - both customers and operators. Why? And ask Advant to show the statutory documents, a bank guarantee, an operator's license, which he "talks about on every corner" ......... You won't see anything, because it doesn't exist. Or there are simply a lot of FOPs for which all this is registered and there is no question of any tour operator license at all (FOPs cannot obtain an operator license by law). So there will be no one to ask, in which case.
I can say one thing ........ In the mess that the tourist market is working now, competent agents manage to sort out troubles and solve the problems of tour operators, a / c and hosts in such a way that the client is at least "not at a loss", even at your own expense. Advant will never give in to its customer because it is "not responsible for ANYTHING!".
