1. Was a regular customer until the manager changed 2. The selection of the tour began with high prices, there is no individual approach. They say you are looking for then call us we will offer you a good price. 2. Attitude towards the client is humiliating 3. Issuance of documents with a long delay 4. After buying the tour, they refuse to advise (there was a flight delay of 12 hours), they found out at the airport itself, they flew with a child. →
