The quality of service is excellent. True, the agency could have warned that the territory of the hotel was destroyed by 2/3. Our accompanying operator was Join Up. With flights, everything was clear, minute by minute. And what is great, we flew back on a completely new plane, I don’t remember which airline. Transfer from airport to hotel and back was good. But we never took advantage of the excursions, because we had little time and we considered it unreasonable. We didn't have to pay anything extra. I have only one complaint with the travel agency, although they worked very well and ideally quickly, but if they knew about the state of the hotel area where they sent us, then it’s very bad that they didn’t warn us. But if you didn’t know, then I simply don’t have any complaints against them. Since they accompanied us all the time and were in touch.
