Not a word about problems with departures and regular flight delays. Not a word about non-flying insurance. We got from Zaporizhzhia to Kyiv (departure from there) was torn off from home a day earlier (although there was no flight on the scoreboard), we simply insured ourselves without checking the info. About flight delays and airport transfers, more often they already found out themselves. Because they just didn't pick up the phone. Booking was made incorrectly. We took the third floor with a terrace, relatives of the first, we were issued on the first, we agreed well between ourselves and the hostess. We took an inexpensive tour, with the expectation not to wallow in a room or on the beach, but to travel around as many places as possible. As a result, we were also nasty.
