A GOOD COMPANY FOR YOURSELF!!!

We cooperated with the compass agency Vinnitsa for 14 years, traveled from them both to Turkey and to Egypt. this time we turned to them with a request to choose a comfortable and cozy vacation in Montenegro. - from the 3 options recommended by them - the manager of INNA Karmazina recommended Villa Bozo to us, she said that you don’t need food, since there are studios there, and that this is a cozy hotel for relaxation your family!!!

upon arrival at the apartment, we were surprised by the boorish attitude of the hostess of the villa towards us - we arrived at 8-9 in the morning, she told us that your rooms were still busy! leave your things and go for a walk until 12 o'clock (there is nowhere to change clothes).

upon arrival at 12 o'clock we were settled in room number 2 - narrow small (12m2) without any studios and options. Having seen this, we asked the hostess if it was possible to change the room to a room with a double normal bed, since these beds with mattresses were not UNSUITABLE for human sleep and relaxation!!!

- she was frostbitten - she said that she did not understand us, but she said contact Pilon.

after the first night in this hostel, the air conditioner blew me out!!! since it worked only in one direction of the air flow - right on the pillows of our bed (the control of the blades was simply removed from it), it was impossible to do without it ... with the window open it is impossible to sleep from the noise of the road !!!

In the morning, when meeting with Oksana, a representative of the Pilon company, and with our requests for a change of room, we were told, I would NOT RECOMMEND such a villa to you!!!

WE ALSO SENT OUR CLAIMS TO OUR REPRESENTATIVE COMPANY KOMPAS...

NO CHANGES HAPPENED AND NOT AFTER 2 DAYS, WE PERSONALLY WENT TO THE PILON AGENCY AND HEARD THAT YOU WILL NOT PROVE A COLD FROM A FAULTY AIR CONDITIONER ... AND JUST TRY TO RELAX WITH PLASTIC REUSABLE CUTLERY - BROKEN MATTRESSES - AIR CONDITIONER ..... ..

Acts of non-compliance were not drawn up by anyone !!!

Representatives of the Pilon company said that we did not recommend this hole to you !!!...

And OUR DEAR AGENCY KOMPAS to this day tells US THAT IT IS GOOD!!! REST FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

After such a luxurious and inexpensive vacation, my family and I are still trying to tune in to a good mood both mentally and physically!!!
