I read a review here, and this is what it says: "In addition, the hotel is free, but by appointment (too many people) provides a shuttle service once a week to Sharjah (Thursdays, I think) and once a week to Dubai. Still nice surprise from the hotel: a free trip to the mangrove islands on a boat (they are located in the sea opposite the hotel), where you can see flamingos. In general, a pleasant sea mini-trip! And also at the reception they give free tickets to the water park in Um al Quwain." Who has been to the hotel recently? It's true?
