After reading the previous reviews, my indignation knew no bounds. I understand that everyone has different tastes, but to "blame" the hotel like that is not in any way. Hotel service and staff - above all praise, much better than the Egyptian 5. I'll start in order. We arrived at the hotel at night, they settled us immediately. My husband did not like the room, there was a road nearby, in the morning they asked to change - they gave a room with a sea view without any extra charge. Everything was cleaned in the room, changed daily - without tips. In the breakfast restaurant, the food was very varied and tasty (I cook well myself): 8 types of hot dishes (lasagna, champignons in sour cream with cheese, samsa, baked vegetables, stewed meat, liver in sour cream, Armenian scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. ), sweet, I didn’t even try all the desserts - they changed every day. Cheese (a type of cheese, but not so salty, with different spices) 6-7 types, dairy products (porridge, breakfast cereals, yogurt, cheese masses) - every day. Juices (not Jupi drinks) three types for free. Of the fruits for breakfast, indeed, only watermelon and melon, but those who took HB said that about 10 types were served for lunch and dinner. The beach is very clean (all the time a man walks around picking up garbage, and another sweeps sand from the mattresses on the lounger), the water is emerald-silk, there were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone.
Every day except Friday, free bus to Dubai. The hotel guide, Diana, told, explained, and even gave a guide. We did not have any language problems (neither in the subway, nor in malls), all Arabs and residents of the Emirates are very responsive and friendly. You can always find someone who speaks Russian, the main thing is not to be afraid to ask. I wish everyone a positive mood on vacation. As for the UAE itself, it is a wonderful country where the government lives for its people, and not like ours.
