We with the wife have got Permits in the United Arab Emirates, for the period from 11.04 on 22.04. 08, in Hotel Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. Next day after our arrival at us from number have stolen trousers from expensive suit for1000 $. The hotel on behalf of Ghada Mahgoub (Front Office Manager) has refused to react to this situation and to indemnify us! ! ! We spoke with other Russian tourists, they have told that at them things vanish: At one pair the nightgown was gone, from two other pairs stole from mini- bar, took a sip from bottles with cognac, boxes of sweets vanished. We have checked up the mini-bar and it has appeared that at us the box of sweets too was gone and from a table the pack of condoms was gone, that we considers as the most disgusting from the personnel of Hotel. We have written on arrival the claim to sending company “Paks”, but till now have not received any answer, as well as from the accepting company “Planet tur”! But it is shocking not so much a case of larceny, how many scandalous and indifference of a management of Hotel to cases dishonouring its reputation and disgusting the attitude to Russian tourists. We travel much and were in the different countries, including Arabian and Asian, but anywhere and never at us nothing vanished, even if valuable things laid in a prominent place. If do not wish to spoil to itself rest and to offer something from the valuable things in favour of hotel - do not stop in this hotel even if to you will offer burning permits! It is better to overpay and live a little in the Sharzha, than to spoil to itself for the money mood on all rest! ! !
