Horrified by the room: the view from the window on the roof of the extension, where air conditioners work around the clock and buzz, in addition, under this number and numbers 101.103, 104.105, 106 there is a bar where music plays loudly until 3 am and from this it's hard to sleep.
The next day I asked to be moved to another room. They answered that the hotel is full and there is nowhere to relocate. On the advice of a Russian-speaking girl from the reception, a day later he again approached the hotel manager - an Arab woman and showed a card with a room number. She understood everything without words and offered another room number 133. I agreed, but in the evening of the same day I understood the reason for such a light agreement: air conditioners also worked around the clock outside the window, and if you can’t hear them during the day, then at night the monotonous hum is seriously annoying. They didn't change my number again. The air conditioner in the room worked properly, as well as in the corridors of the hotel. The temperature in the hotel is comfortable.
For the sake of objectivity, it should be noted a clean area near the hotel and a clean beach, a clean pool with a variable depth from 1 m to 3 m, where older preschoolers and adults can swim, good food in the restaurant. Since we were on the autumn holidays - a lot of Russians with children. You can find companions.

Another minus: not everything is included in the "all inclusive"! For example, hot drinks (tea/coffee) can only be ordered until 12 noon. For lunch and dinner - juices, beer, wine, soft drinks. Tea and coffee - extra. fee.
15 minutes from the hotel (on foot), and by taxi you can generally get there in 3 minutes and 7 dirhams - Sapphire Mall. There is a supermarket of products, and a hall for children's attractions and shops with consumer goods.
In general, we had a good rest, if not for the unfortunate misunderstandings with noisy rooms. . .
