In the room, the floor is wiped only in the center where nothing is worth it. If you left the shoes scattered, then they will carefully bypass them even if the slippers are in different corners. They forget to add cosmetics in the bathroom, and tea and coffee too. The restaurant serves tea and coffee lukewarm. At the request to bring hot tea - they brought a kettle with hot coffee in which a tea bag floated. Our request for proper tea was simply ignored. In the lobby they ordered Americano coffee - they brought Nescafe.... At the pool bar, we ordered latte and cappuccino - we had to wait 40 minutes for the order. The child went to get beach towels - he gave 4 cards and received 3 towels. I had to go figure it out. They gave the towel, but the sediment remained. Maybe this was not worth paying attention to if the following had not happened during the delivery of the number. We rent a room - we give 2 keys and 4 towel cards. While this manager is calling with a request to check our number for safety (by the way, this has also never been encountered before), another manager comes up, takes 2 of our cards and leaves. And ours, having waited for a call back with confirmation that everything is in order in the room, begins to demand $ 40 from us for the lost cards. Our indignation knew no bounds. 10 minutes to prove their case. Finally he gave up. And finally - we never got our luggage. We had to carry our own suitcases. We are positive people and it is very difficult to spoil our vacation, but the staff of this hotel succeeded. So decide for yourself to go or not. My opinion - this hotel only looks like a 5, and everything else looks like a miserable 3. And a few more words about food. It's terrible. There is no choice. Badly prepared.
