We rested in this hotel in January 2020. There was no feeling that you were a dear guest, and they were waiting for you here.
Our plane landed early, at 6:00 am. By the time we got our luggage, by the time we arrived it was 10:00. It was very cold, it was raining. The hotel in the central building dripped from the ceiling in several places, including on sofas with waiting tourists. The toilet of the central building is dirty, not cleaned, there are long-faded flowers.
When we, frozen, were brought something red in cups, I was delighted, I thought it was hot tea, which would be logical. But it turned out to be an icy drink, which exacerbated the negative perception. This hotel is not used to be flexible and attentive to the guests.

We asked if we could go for breakfast (breakfast ends at 10:30) or maybe they left us a brunch, as is practiced in many hotels, but this is not accepted here - you were not expected, you are hungry, you have to wait cold 14 : 00 until you are settled, and only then will you be allowed to use the dining room. I think that this is disrespectful to tourists, and one could take care of people who flew to you for at least 6 hours.

Regarding the leaking ceilings - the hotel was built not so long ago - couldn't it have been built right away so that nothing dripped on your head ?!
The walls in the buildings are all smudges, peeled plaster. On paved paths (sidewalks), dirt is not removed after rain for several days.

In general, the greed of either the staff or the owner of the hotel was felt everywhere:
- In the room you are left with one 0.5 l of water per person, there is another 1.5 l of Evian water, but it is paid.
If you need more water, you need to call the reception and they will bring you more water. Why do we have to ask for water in the room all the time? Why force the guest to make unnecessary movements?
- For those who do not have all inclusive, but have breakfast and dinner - tea at dinner is only for money! Free only cold water, which must be asked to bring (poured into a glass). Tea, of course, is cheap in bags. During breakfast, tea looked like this: 2 bags filled with boiling water floated in the kettle, from where you can pour yourself into a cup.
- There are no paper napkins in the dining room! If this is related to some kind of environmental program, then why were there tissues and toilet paper in the rooms?
- Ice cream is free of charge only for children under 12 years old for those who have ultra all inclusive. That is, adults who have paid the maximum price should buy ice cream for themselves! - Check-out is at 12:00 and transfer is at 13:30. And lunch at 13:00 is no longer allowed! Only for money!
Even if you have a transfer in the evening, you will not be allowed into the dining room, because it is considered that you have already "left" at 12:00.
- There is no evening program! Sometimes there is live music outside, but it's cold outside in January in the evening!
- On the beach, the sand is not straightened, if the garbage is collected, and thanks for that!
Cats live on the territory, which are fed by tourists. The cats go to the toilet right on the beach.

There are rats in the hotel, we took a picture of a cat carrying a rat in its teeth.

Every time you enter a restaurant (canteen), at the entrance you will be asked for a room number, often without a smile, harshly: "room number"! , and mark those who enter. My question is, is the hotel so unsafe that they count tourists every time? Are there strangers here? Has anyone gone missing?

At dinner, if you asked the waiter to bring water, tea, wine, and it doesn’t matter what, they will definitely bring you a check (blank or not) to sign, where you must indicate the room number and sign.
What is this nonsense? Such a greedy hotel that water and tea bags are served against a signature and a room number!?

On the territory of the hotel there is a SPA complex, it’s not bad there, there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi. But after visiting him, the smell of mold does not leave you (apparently, they do not clean / process either the jacuzzi or the hamam).

In general, my husband and I will never come to this hotel again! We have heard a lot about super service in the Emirates - there is no super service here!
We knew almost nothing about the events held at the hotel - maybe they just don't exist? There is some kind of "club" and "house of culture" on the territory, which are not known whether they work or not.
The animation is very weak, once we only saw yoga near the beach on the lawn (3 people did it, including animation). Once a girl walking along the beach said "darts" - apparently, this was an invitation for vacationers to play.
Even at night, you can wake up from the rumble of carts, which are rolled by workers around the territory, from the shuffling of feet, and from some strange sounds. I woke up from the noise at 2 am and at 4 am for several nights. And once, from 6 in the morning, something was hammered somewhere in the hotel, and it was already impossible to sleep.
In general, if the staff and management of the hotel are not in the know - guests come to you to relax! A full restful sleep is also a component of rest!

The beauty of this hotel is the beach, in the sense of the sea and the coastline!
