We rested in the UAE with my husband at the end of November. They flew from Kyiv to Sharjah and back with the Arab airlines Air Arabia. Cheaper, there is a Russian-speaking stewardess on board. On the Sharjah-Kyiv flight, there was a sociable commander of the ship, who commented on the flight, the landscape, showed the Armenian Ararat and Lake Sevan. On board meals and drinks are available at an additional cost. You can bring your own drinks and food on board, I think that in limited quantities. We took water, fruit, yogurt.
From Sharjah we moved to Fujairah to the Hilton. The transfer was arranged by the Hilton Hotel. In practice, they collect a full car, we waited for an hour for a flight from Moscow. Tiring, besides late for dinner (paid).
The host was the excursion company Al Khalidiya Tourism. Transfer is always on time, English-speaking drivers. "Tez Tour" or "Natalie Tours" have Russian-speaking drivers who, during the 1.5-2 hours of transfer, also talk about the country (we went on a safari jeep with Oksana - a high level of professionalism and humanity). Impressions from the guide from Al Khalidiya - friendly, unhurried, lazy, preferred that we call him back at our own expense. He had an assistant - Bella - she compensated for his inactivity.

I liked the Hilton hotel. Small, staff and attentive. At the reception was a Russian-speaking administrator Julia. Cleaning on "4". The room overlooked partly the ocean, partly the road. When the balcony is open, you can hear the noise of passing cars. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, the staff immediately responded to the request to adjust its work - the air conditioner began to work quieter, but at night you can still hear it. Internet is paid, expensive. The cost, judging by the reviews of other tourists, varies.
The territory of the hotel is not very green, the convenience is its location in the city and the ability to walk (drive) into the city. We went out for a walk on the embankment, went to the Fujairah City Center - both of which were not impressive. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the mall. Taxi is cheap. The location of the hotel was useful - a pharmacy was needed, the prices for pharmaceutical products are much lower than in Ukraine (the necessary pills were 3 times cheaper than in Ukraine).
The food at the hotel is excellent, a lot of fresh fruits and fresh juices, meat and fish dishes are varied, there is seafood, there are few Arabic dishes. Took breakfast and dinner. If necessary, we changed dinner for lunch (you need to make a request at the reception). If the food is not "all inclusive", then drinks are paid (except for breakfast). The hotel rooms are equipped with tea and coffee sets. In the bars on the territory, the drinks are of high quality, they took white Italian wine (cool), draft beer, coffee is better prepared in the bar at the restaurant. The prices for drinks in the hotel are high.
The beach is small, there were always enough places and sunbeds. The pool (larger) is heated and cleaned daily. We swam mainly in the ocean, the water is warm, 23-25 ​ ​ degrees. Sometimes fish (one or two species, whitish-gray), crabs and crustaceans come across. There are many beautiful shells on the beach.
The hotel is good for a relaxing holiday and holidays with children.
There is indeed fuel oil in the water and on the beach (the hotel will warn about this with signs) after the waves at sea. The same situation happens in other hotels in Fujairah (talked with tourists from the hotel Le Meridien), because. Fujairah has a large port where tankers call to load.

We took an excursion on an Arab ship to Oman on the Musundan Peninsula (the landscapes are beautiful, the opportunity to dive from the ship, fishing unfortunately did not take place, because it was stormy).
We also went on safari. Extreme jeep riding on the dunes, the play of light and shadow on the velvet sands! There is also camel riding, a dance show - why is it an Egyptian tandoor dance? + belly dance, you can take pictures in national Arab costumes, decorate your hands with henna, barbecue, hookah, etc.
Tours are over $100. All excursions were enjoyable. You need to take into account that it is still 1.5-2 hours to go to the place, collecting other tourists in hotels (it takes 45 minutes to drive from the Hilton to other five hotels) and back, respectively, the same time.
From the Hilton, we moved to the Metropolitan Palace Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the location is good for shopping. The food is monotonous, they took breakfast. The rooms are equipped with tea and coffee sets. The staff is attentive, cleanliness is good. Internet is paid, 20 dirhams - 1 hour, 60 dirhams - a day.
Near the hotel there is a restaurant Sadaf - huge portions + a compliment from the institution (appetizer, soup), delicious, the atmosphere is sincere, cozy.
Also in any shopping mall there are a lot of cafes and restaurants.
On November 30, it rained all day, which turned out to be a natural disaster for the hotel staff. The hotel's basement flooded. In this regard, there was no water for a day and a half, hot water for two days and there was no Internet (paid).
The hotel is located in the Deira area. To the right of the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk away, there are Planet of Fur and World of Fur (there is a lot of information on the Internet about the controversial quality of some goods in them and the difficulties of buying). Near the hotel there are brand shops and outlets.
We went to Dubai mall for shopping. It is located near Burj Dubai, one of the tallest buildings in the world. There are also singing fountains, in the Dubai Mall itself there is a small water park and a small zoo of aquatic animals.

The fountain show is an unforgettable sight. Watched at 7pm and 9pm. The shows were different.
Shopping in Dubai mall for every budget. It is better to look at the location of the stores in advance, because. the building is huge and going to the right store will take longer than fitting and buying. For orientation, information posts are provided, there are with maps and consultants, and there are electronic ones (you choose the right place, and your location and route are displayed). In the Dubai Mall there are cars for transportation, we did not use it. On Friday (an official holiday in Dubai) it is very difficult to leave the Dubai Mall in the evening. You can stand in line for a taxi for up to 2 hours (many come to the fountain show).
In Dubai, we took an evening walk on a glazed French boat along the Dubai Creek. Elegant interior, live music (piano, electronic violin), interesting menu.
